    o Investigated in terms of nanoabrasive composition, slurry chemistries, interactive effects of conditioner disk parameters, pad life, and exposed/unexposed pad surfaces to Cu wafers.

    • Designed and documented the system specifications. Developed detailed sub-system specifications including electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, materials, compositional and product yield.
