About Me (Summary)

My research interests lie in the area of plant ecology, ecology of transgenic and conventional crops, species competition, and crop breeding. Within the framework OF NRP 59 (http://www.nfp59.ch), I focus on the understanding of transgene x environment interactions in transgenic wheat, in particular, its competitive ability and life history traits, such as seedling persistence, seed and pollen viability.
